Customer Problem:

I purchased the Godiag Jumper online. I just received it. And it does not work. Does not communicate to known good computer although my other tools do.

I am using it with OBDStar. The jumper that came with OBDStar reads data. GoDiag Jumper does not read data.

Clearly I know what pins to use. I can communicate to the module using my own jumper.

I am connecting the go diag jumper to the same pins. With the same pin numbers.

The module only needs power, ground, can high, can low. It does not communicate with Godiag OBD2 Jumper.

There are 3pcs Electrical resistances (120 ohm resistors) in the Godiag Full Protocol OBD2 Jumper package. Use one electrical resistance to connect CAN H and CAN L cable.
