This EVAP Smoke Machine has a faster and more powerful built-in motor and is equipped with a built-in air pump and pressure gauge, without the need for an external air source. The leak level can be viewed in real time, ensuring that even the smallest leaks can be clearly and accurately detected.

SL200 EVAP Smoke Machine Leak Tester adopts independent switch control design, air mode switch independent controlled built-air pump, and smoke mode switch independent controlled smoke generator. Built-in intelligent protection device, if it exceeds the working limit, will automatically turn off the power to ensure the safety of the operator and the equipment. In addition, the smoke output can be easily adjusted to meet the needs of various test conditions by simply turning a knob.

Operation Method:

 

1. Open the engine hood and hang the testing equipement on the front hood of the engine.

2. Open the access port of the system that needs to be tested and seamlessly connect the dedicated tesing connector to the system being tested, if there are multiple open outlets in the inspected system, please plug them with corresponding rubber plugs.

3. Connect the conical quick connector on the smoke outlet pipe of the testing equipment to the special connector of the tested body.

4. Connect the testing equipment with a DC 12V battery: red with positive electrode and black with negative electrode. Do not connect in the opposite way.

5. When the battery is correctly charged, the flue gas pump will start working and flow out air.

6. Turn on the front power switch of the detection equipment, and the detection equipment will input smoke into the inside of the tested body at a speed of 6L/min. After the pipeline is filled with smoke, the leakage point will leak smoke outward.
