Before you want to return item to us, please read and follow the below instructions.
Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.

Return for Refund Notice:
1. We accept return for refund within 30 days, buyer pays return shipping fee.
2. If you have registied the product but choose to return, please contact us to cancel your registry information first.
3. Outgoing shipping charges are not refundable for any reason.

1. Which situation GoDiagShop provides return policy?

First, the item you received has quality problem.
If the product you receive can not work once you receive it or it encounter crash in delivery, please contact us within 48 hours after you got it. Our customer service will arrange free exchange or return service for you.
We have a 30 day return policy. All parts must be returned within 30 days of delivery.  We do not accept any returns after 30 days, no exceptions. After you send the package back, please share us the exact tracking details so that we could track the package online and get it back in prompt.

Second, you are not satisfied with the item you buy on www.godiagshop.com.
We can also accept return within 30 days if you not satisfied with the item you bought, you can get partial refund (minus the shipping cost,10% handling cost, and cost on items activated if the product needs activating), or exchange to another item you want. Customer need responsible for both shipping fee.

Third, you order a wrong item and negotiate with our customer service to exchange for a right product, this exchange policy is also for you. You need to afford the shipping cost yourself, and we will deduct the Outgoing shipping fee.
The package must be fullly packed and retruned back within 7 days since you get it. please notice.

Fourth, if we miss-shipped the items, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you choose this, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee, but you must make sure to sent it back through ordinary airmail.

2. Which situation GoDiagShop do not provide return policy

First, we clearly indicate in the product description that this product does not accept returns.
Second, It has been more than 30 days since you received the product. We do not accept any returns after 30 days, no exceptions.

3. What you do before returning for replacement?

First, you must return the original, complete package back to us.
Second, you need contact our customer service to tell us your problem. What's wrong with your item and what you want us do for you.
Third, if you have registied the product but choose to return, please contact us to cancel your registry information first.
Third, you need keep touch with our customer service to make sure we get it. After we check the item, we will provide exchange service for you. We will inform you when everything done.
Fourth, you must return the complete package to the return address requested by us. Declare according to our requirements.

Notice: After receiving the return address, please arrange shipping within 7 days and provide the tracking number and tracking website.

4. When I get my refund?

After we get your item return to us and check the item in good condition, we will issue you refund according to our policy within 2 working days through PayPal, please check your PayPal account timely or contact our customer service. And we will charge you 10% handling fee. Outgoing shipping charges are not refundable for any reason.

5. What is our guarantee policy?

The guarantee of our most products is one year. And we guarantee our product in a good condition before shipping out, our QC stuff will carefully do quality check and paste our own QC label on every product.

Lost Products: If products get lost in delivery, or you still don’t get your item within 60 days, please contact our customer service timely. We will deal with this ASAP. Please do not deal with it all by yourself, we want you communicate with us. Usually, we will provide tracking number and tracking link timely. If products get lost on the way and we get confirm from couriers, we will arrange redelivery for your products. If you want ship it through express, then you need to pay express shipping fee.

6. What is the repair policy?

First, When your product encounter broken after using some days and need repair, we will provide repair service for you.
Second, Please contact with GoDiagShop customers service about the repair.
Third, if the product you ordered over 1 years, you have to pay the shipping fee then we can ship it back to you.
