Refund Policy

Refund policy lasts 30 working days from purchase date. We are sorry for not offering refund or exchange after 30 working days since your purchase date.

We don't offer returns for refund or exchange in the following cases:

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 working days after delivery.
* The product is damaged in shipping.
* Returned package is not declared as required.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your paypal account or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Cancellation Policy

There are always some clients would like to cancel the order after they make payment. So before you make payment, Please check the cancellation Policy carefully. 

1. Buyer can get a full refund if you make cancellation within 5 hours since you finish the payment.
Because usually we will ship out package after 5 hours since we get the payment. For get full refund, please send us a cancellation note via order center or email as soon as possible. 

2. If your cancellation made after 5 hours, please contact our customer service first to get a confirmation of the package status
you can easily get touch with our customer service via email or any online contact method like whatsapp or online chat. If customer service confirm your order have not been ship out, you can get a full refund

3. If the package has been sent out already, the order can not be cancelled.
If you still want cancel it, you need send it back after you receive the package and you will need to undertaken the return fee yourself, also we will deduct 10% handling fees from your payment

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet,please following below processes,

    Double check your bank account.
    Contact your paypal account manager or credit card company,as it may take some time before refund is officially posted.
    Contact your bank,as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

After checking all but not refund received, please contact our customer service for further help.
